What is a good self help book for trying to find happiness?

I know that many celebrities read self help books (in SATC the movie, Samantha was reading one but I couldnt catch the name quick enough). Know any good ones?

The Knight in Rusty Armor by Robert Fisher. Just 87 pages written in the form of a fairy tale, it is life changing. Pax-C

How can you help others and help your self change for the better?

The first thing that came to my mind when I read your question, was how nice it was that you were concerned about helping other people. I think the best way to accomplish helping yourself and others at the same time is to find some sort of volunteer work that you would enjoy. Volunteering helps you focus on those less fortunate than you and gives you a better perspective on what your problems are in relation to those less fortunate than you. If you like construction, painting, plumbing, etc., how about Habitat for Humanity? Do you like elderly people? Go to a nursing home and spend time with a lonely sole that has no one to talk to. Do you like pets? Volunteer at an animal shelter. Get my drift? Doing for others is a sure fire way to forget about your own problems. Good luck!

Any books or self help stuff to do with Antisocial Personality Disorder?

Are there any good memoirs, self help books, or help anything to do with this disorder that the people on it are not a bunch of mean, biased turds that say antisocial are all incapable of loving, manipulative, murdering rapists but actual genuine ones that are trying to help?
I know what Antisocial Personality Disorder is. I have been studying on it. No, I don't have it confused ADD, ADHD, or Social Anxiety, I'm talking about Sociopathy.

You need to look up the definition and criteria of ASPD. You are probably labelling it wrong, maybe what you have in your mind is ADHD, mania or antisocial "trait" instead of fullblown ASPD.

Is their anything i can do to help calm my self down while speaking to the whole school?

Okay, well I need to read something of my the whole school tomorrow. It’s not that long only like 25 words but im terrorfide to speak in front of large amounts of people.
Im just wondering if their is anything I can do to help calm my self down while im reading.

Some people say that picturing everyone in the audience in their underwear works.. but I disagree. It’s worth the shot though!

I’d like to add that there are people who never overcome their nervousness of public speaking, but that it is normal.

I find that taking the material you are presenting, and memorizing it (or knowing it well) can help with your nervousness. Stand in your room, and say it out loud a few times. Stand tall, and speak clearly. After a few times of running over it in THIS manner, you should be fine.

I’m in theatre… and I still get nervous being on stage.

take some water out with you when you are making the speech, and make sure you lay it down somewhere safe. We DON’T want it tipping over and creating a scene!
