I was diagnosed by …
I was diagnosed by a consultant with asthma put on symbicort and told to get used to it,… that i was on it for life…. 18 months later I stopped using dairy products I havent used my inhaler or any other medication for one full year and feel great. Not for everyone but worth a shot.

It’s nice to know …
It’s nice to know that there is an alternative to reducing rather than increasing asthma drugs and medications that really works. Buteyko is something that any asthmatic can try. The DVD and CD package is great and so easy to follow.

I started Buteyko …
I started Buteyko one and a half weeks ago and still have to figure out whether it helps me beat my breathing disorders. So far the results I have seen with group members are promising. The video extract gives a good impression of the idea behind Buteyko therapy.

Well done on making the video James and Janet
Their is two main things that I have got out of Buteyko and they are being able to breath clearly through my nose and my asthma used to control how I lived my life but now with Buteyko I am in control of my asthma and that is a great feeling
Buteyko is easy to learn and understand
Take care of your self
